Materials to Make Fish Crackers :
· 800 g lean minced mackerel
· 800 ml of water
· 1 tablespoon salt
· 800 g tapioca flour
· 600 ml cooking oil
How to Cook Fish Crackers :
1. Combine mackerel minced meat with water, salt, mix well.
2. Enter tapioca flour little by little, and keep stirring until not sticky (like dough martabak).
3. Take enough dough, cylindrical shape like a sausage.
4. Boil water in a large saucepan, enter one at a time until the dough is cooked. To determine ripeness, see its shape. When it is enlarged and if pierced by a stick easily penetrate, a sign is ripe. Remove and drain. Drying up slightly chewy texture.
5. Cut crosswise thin, and dried in the hot sun to dry.
6. Heat the oil and fry until crisp.

Tips:
